This monthly Email service provides up to date information on new and forthcoming planning legislation - including Statutory Instruments, Circulars, Planning Policy Guidance and Statements, Minerals Planning Guidance and Statements, Regional Spatial Strategies, Government announcements and consultations and good practice guides etc. (including equivalent documents applying to Wales).

In addition the March edition each year includes an appendix comprising a cumulative list of current Planning and Minerals policy, Regional Spatial Strategies, Good Practice Guidance and Circulars.

This service has been running since 1992 originally on behalf of Essex County Council and now in association with Anglia Ruskin University.

Current subscribers include many local authorities and public bodies, universities and planning consultancies.
