This monthly Email service provides up to date information on new and forthcoming planning legislation - including Statutory Instruments, Circulars, Planning Policy Statements, Minerals Planning Guidance and Statements, Government announcements and consultations and good practice guides etc. (including equivalent documents applying to Wales).

In addition the March edition each year includes an appendix / index comprising a cumulative list of current Planning and Minerals policy, Good Practice Guidance and Circulars.

This service has been running since 1992 originally on behalf of Essex County Council and now independently.

Current subscribers include many local authorities and public bodies, universities and planning consultancies.
